Neuropathy started after first dose of doxetaxel, was taken off it and put pixitaxel weekly, they stopped the last week. I felt i was walking on golf balls, i couldn’t do up buttons etc. Couldn’t feel tablets in my hands.
Oncologist said it should be better in 12 months, if not, it will not improve.
She gave me a tip that helps nerve repair and it was to take Thiamin. Vitamin B.
It has made a difference, but not completely stopped it. Both hands and feet nerves are sore, tingly, burning.
The bones are sore but thats down to letrizole… a whole different story !.

I am sorry to hear about your suffering - thank you for the tip on vit B, I will def look into this as, like you, I find it all very frustrating to say the least. Let’s both keep our fingers crossed that the numbness will eventually go away. Take care and stay strong
