had my 5 yr check up yesterday and they found lump under armpit ,he thinks its a node ,i had 12 cancerous nodes removed in 2006 ,had mastectomy chemo rads etc ,been on femara for liver secs for the last 6 months ,not sure wether this new lump is cancer again as im due to have ultrasound and biopsy in the nbext few days . i was really hoping that i had beaten this crap desease after reaching my 5 yr milestone .fingers scrossed its my lymphodemia and not what they suspect is another cancer .
Aroma, Just bumping this up. Its easy for posts to get missed on this busy forum. I’m so sorry that you have had bad news. Thinking about you. Gutting for you to reach five years and have this sprung on you x

What a shock for you, hope that it is something simple and not what ytou aqre thinking.
I had my first mammogram in February since DX last year and it is all fine. I know how I felt after a year so I can imagine what you are going through. Life is not fair.

finding myself waiting for appointments again is sheer hell was bad enough 5 yrs ago but now i am feeling so down ,after thinking i was getting there im back to square one ,yes i know its maybe not what they think and please god its not but the worry is still in my mind even though ive tried to block it out . as for urgent referal thats a laugh !! seems the clinics are so full these days i really feel for anyone else going through the waiting game .x
