Can anyone give me an idea please what to expect?
pre surgery I was grade 1 , had mastectomy with reconstruction. I’m 43 years old. They sent for oncotype test. My lymph nodes were clear and all cancer removed but grade jumped to 2 after surgery. Tumour was 3.8 cm . How likely that oncotest will say I need chemo?

Can’t say really. Grade two is intermediate so it’s not the fastest growing tumor out there so that’s in your favor. But it will depend on a number of different factors that the test itself checks for including how much estrogen and progesterone your tumor had receptors for.

i know how scary it is , as i myself been there. there are many positives in your case including clear lymph nodes and being grade 2. from your info it is unclear if you got hormone positive cancer or not, as it will change the result according to my oncologist.
have you checked the predict tool- it was pretty accurate in my case:
I was stage 1 grade 3 8mm cancer plus dcis.
K67 score 54% sent for oncotype test oncologist thought would come back gigh but thankfully came back low so didnt need chemo.
