Wasn’t to painful and not a long recovery was pleased with results , was amazing the amount of skin they removed but good results .xx
Thank you…i had a terrible time after my masectomy with very bad infections. I would worry the healing could be as bad. It took nearly 5 months to be discharged. Is there a scar and does skin feel tight??

I had mastectomy with implant had terrible infection had implant removed and debridement , went flat right side hence dog ears , I was nervous about infection again but all good skin doesn’t feel any tighter than before I am happy with result
I also had breast reduction on left . Xx
Thank you so much for your replies. It does help to make decisions. It’s nearly a year since my right masectomy and i could not have any reconstruction due to radiotherapy 18 years ago. I worry the side might not heal due to this. I still have numbness and pain at times but hey ho I’m still hear and coping as best i can but the letrozole does have side effects…fatigue and joint pain are the worse.
