An embarrassing subject:
Willing and welcoming sex but unable to orgasm. Probably due to medications? ( estrogen blockers, etc). Estrogen cream helps with penetration but…
Advice?

I have the same issue and the fact that all the good feelings have disappeared is so 
Maybe they’ll heal and return eventually

You may be aware of a lady called Dr Liz O’Riordan (she describes herself as the breast cancer surgeon who has had breast cancer herself 3 times!)
Dr Liz has a series of podcasts covering all sorts of topics including this one! I would recommend giving it a listen

I found Samantha Evans from www.jodivine.co.uk a good source of information (instagram @Samtalkssex and products, she is the guest on Dr Liz O’Riordan’s podcast. She was also in the menopause programme with Davina MacCall on Channel4.
