Thought I’d share this information with you. Some of us SBC ladies in the facebook group have taken out an Over 50s life cover plan as its excellent for ladies in our position.
Seems the best one at the moment is Royal London where for example for £15 a month it will pay £3900 after 12 months if you die. But premiums can start from as little as £5 a month.
Not wanting to be morbid… but for ladies like us we would benefit a lot. Even if we then lived 2 years, for £15 a month, we would only have paid in £360 in premiums!
I have the standard life insurance cover but this is a bit extra …maybe to help fund university fees for the children or just funeral costs.
Do your quote online and set the monthly premium yourself. Try other companies as well.
All you have to submit is your date of birth and gender for instant quote. It is only for Over 50s though.
It really is NO QUESTIONS ASKED AND NO MEDICAL REQUIRED as the TV adverts say.
