Pain a week after surgery

Hi all, 

I just had a lumpectomy and sentinel lymph node surgery on my right breast 7 days ago. Three days after the surgery I was taken to A&E as I had an infection in the tissue of that breast and commenced antibiotics. I still fell quite a lot of pain in that breast as well as a heaviness. Is this normal? Looking to hear how long the pain should last and would appreciate any feedback from you wonderful ladies.

Same for me, 7 days for me tomorrow. More, rather than less pain. Pretty sure I’m not infected but would love to know if this is normal. Taking regular paracetamol but wondering if I need something stronger.
