Pain in back of hand more than a year after surgery?

Hi,
I have recently been getting pain/soreness in the back of my hand when I stretch the skin or flex my wrist. It feels a bit like the cording I had a few months after surgery. I had a lumpectomy and axillary clearance in May/June 11,followed by chemo & radiotherapy. Has anyone else had anything similar?
