Hi all,
I have been diagnosed with BC but am waiting for an MRI scan but I have now got this pain across my shoulder and below my clavical, like burning sensation. Not sure if it is a real pain or physcosymatic. Has anyone else experienced this? Or am I just being a drama queen?

Whilst you wait for the other users to reply with their experiences do give the BCC helpline a call and talk this through with a memeber of staff. Here you can share your concerns with someone who will offer you a listening ear as well as emotional support and practical information. The number is 0808 800 6000 and the lines are open Monday to Friday 9 to 5pm and Saturday 10 to 2pm.

Thanks for that Martha, thought I was turning into a fruitloop!! Feel exhausted today. Mum came home today after her mx and I think it has drained me emotionally. Glass of wine and early night before a shopping spree in Birmingham- sure the doctor perscribed both wine and shopping!

My op went fine. I’m back home relaxing on the sofa with a cup of coffee.

Hi Martha,
Glad you op went well. In a way I cant wait have mine just so its done, this waiting is crucifying. I am okay in the week at work(teacher) but last night I felt really down. Heard the news about Bc on bbc news tonight, my fiance told me to goggle it. He thought he was being helpful but instead of focusing on 80% survive it, i became focused on the 20% that dont. Bless him, I wonwon’t tell, he’ll worry, that he made me worry.
Sure my shopping today will wipe those clouds away.
