Hi can anyone offer advice please? I am experiencing extreme tenderness in the underside of my arm. Initially it was just around my elbow joint, then the fore arm and now going up towards arm pit. I had the lymph nodes removed in November but not sure it is lymphoedema as don’t have any heavy feeling and not really swollen. Do have bad cording in those areas though. Please help as starting to worry!!

I dont know if this helps, but I had lymph nodes removed last June and I am always getting pain in my arm if I straighten it to reach out for something. It is also hurting near my wrist, the muscle seems very tender. Did you have radiotherapy? Mine’s been a lot worse since that, but I too got cording post-op.

I had my mx in nove 2011 and had the same painful areas i stretched my arm as much as I possilbly could bare the pain for I also massaged my arm from wrist to arm pit and down the side of my trunk with a moisturiser one day it felt like something snapped and that was the lsat time i felt the cording
