Pain months after op

Hi all .. I had 2 local wide excision and removal of nipple in Nov and dec 2025 and 5x radiotherapy end of Jan 26

I am still in so much pain around my breast and to the side .. it wakes me .. I can’t run or jump

Is this normal ? And any suggestions on how to help myself would be grateful received

I also don’t sleep well now but I think that’s a combination of letrazole and pain

I’d get back in touch with your breast care nurse team and talk it through with them. I may be corrected by others but I’d say that your situation is unusual and there are probably some things that can be done to make you less uncomfortable. Get yourself on the phone now.
