Hi, I have recently started on the Paloma 3 trial . Would like to speak to people who are also on the trial to find out how they are coping with it as I am struggling with the Paclociblib tablets.

Sorry you’ve not had any replies but this often happens if there isn’t anyone currently on the treatment, or trial, that you are on. I think there is a paclociclib (sp?) thread somewhere which I’ll try to find and ‘bump’ up for you to read or post on. As this drug is only available on the NHS for 1st line treatment, and not for old timers like me, there aren’t so many ladies on it as some of the other more established treatments.
