Mod; are these courses just run in Wales?

I’ve finished treatment now (3 months ago), but this sounds like a valuable resource to help me get back on track.

Hi Mum2Two

As far as I am aware this is the first to be run and is in Wales, I will ask someone from the Health and Wellbeing team to explain in more detail.
