Hi Everyone,

Thought I should let you know as you are all asking after Paula that unfortunately she passed away peacefully this morning I was told with her family around her.
Funeral is 3rd October at holy cross church in uckfield at 11am. She asked no flowers but to donate to cancer resarch uk or macmillian. I hope that nobody minds this post as I know that it is very distressfull.

Thank you very much for letting us know lucie. Our thoughts and sympathies are with Paula’s family at this very sad time.

Please let us at Breast Cancer Care know if there is anything we can do to support them at this moment.

My heart sank and my eyes filled with tears when I read this. My thoughts are with Paula’s family .

So sorry to hear about Paula. Brought tears to my eyes again that another young life is lost to this dam*ed disease. At least her pain and fear is over but thats not much consolation to her family who are probably, like me, still asking why they can’t find a cure.
My thoughts are now with family and friends as I know what they are going through and will continue to go through in the weeks and months ahead.

Just devastating… my thoughts are with her young family.

Our lovely lovely friend who walked along this path with so many of us. No longer a ray of sunshine here with us but no doubt now a beautiful twinkly star looking down on her family and us and keeping a watchful eye. I think we have a friend who will be with us and looking down on us for a very long time if not always.
Paula’s spirit will help many of us as we carry on walking this walk.

OMG, I just read the post and felt shocked to the core. This has happened so quickly, I really hoped the Marsden would be able to help her.

After my dx in June I was touched, and saddened by Paula’s story. For someone so young life is so unfair.
