I was having my 6th of 12 Paclitaxel treatments and it went off during the hour cooling off period so lost about half an hour. It tripped the switch in the fusebox and didn’t work again when the switch had been pushed up. Has anyone else had this happen? It’s a new house as of June 2023 so can’t be the socket but it did say socket/s on the fusebox. Paxman are delivering a new machine before Friday and doing an earth test but they don’t send out an electrician so may need to use another socket. Are there any electricians out there or who anyone can ask? Will this impact my hair loss as Paxman can’t answer? The nurse has not seen this before and has done the job for 20 years. Thanks for reading this and for any help/suggestions in advance.
I wouldn’t worry to much about the impact on your hair as it was halfway through the cooling off stage, and the cap doesn’t instantly go to not being cold at all after switching off. So you probably be fine.
Hope you get the new set up sorted before your next chemo!

It was 10 mins in so the nurse said I’d lost 30 mins (total time is 60 mins). Hopefully fingers crossed.
