Any thoughts about perfume and cleaning products and the effect on hormone sensitive breast cancer?

I see no one has replied to you so far. I personally have tried to cut down on using anything with additional chemicals. Be that cosmetics, deodorant, perfume and cleaning products.
It may be daft, but it’s a other little bit of control I get back and don’t risk any more toxic stuff entering my body where I can.

i have changed a few products also. mainly personal hygiene and cosmetics so far. i get crystal deodrant roll on with doesnt have parabens and fragrance free. i get naked shampoo and shower/bath products that dont contain parabens or SLS’s. also gradually changing my makeup although i dont really wear it often. havent started on the cleaning/laudry stuff yet. but wanted to started on anything i use on myself to start. like raechi says i think its a control thing too. although my bcn did mention about doedrants in general. things are more expensive but i have found that i dont need as much stuff as i had before.
