hi all had the picc line today came home and there is a tiny bit of blood is that normal .its not loads and did u feel uncomfortable and like imange u can feel it in your chest? xx
will i feel pain now the anestic wears off and odd sensations in my chest or is my mind goin in overdrive xx
Glad the procedure went smoothly. I didn’t have any pain when I got home and I don’t think about the line going round to my chest very much. Too weird if I do! Did you have a chest x ray to check it’s in the right place? I am sure it will be fine and you’ll get used to the idea bit I would also say that if you are worried you should ring for advice as we don’t have the knowledge or experience to know what’s ‘normal’. Hope you get some rest and can then see what tomorrow brings.
hi annie my arm just aches i think its my imanganation running away from me as had xray yesterday b4 i left and it was in place i think i got to stop thing of it …do u put anything over it so it dont hurt? xx
