Im four weeks post my last Docetaxol and I’m struggling with bone pain and aches, is this normal? I’m just hoping it’s my body recovering and my bone marrow working hard.

Thanks for posting. No need to apologise for asking a question.
You ask if docetaxel is the reason you are struggling with bone pain and aches and if this is because your bone marrow is working hard. Some people experience pain in muscle or joints a few days after docetaxel, this usually wears off after a few days to a week but may last a bit longer. You may have had a G-CSF injection before each cycle which increases the level of white blood cells to help fight infection. A common side effect of this is bone pain which may affect the back, pelvis, arms or legs. This is due to the drug causing the bone marrow to make extra blood cells. Breast cancer treatments such an aromatase inhibitors can commonly cause bone pain, but again, this may not be something you are taking. Exercise can help to manage bone pain but you should talk to your treatment team about the ongoing bone pain and aches for advice in your individual case.
