post mastecomy pain

hi ladies

i don’t know if anyone can help but here goes.i had a mastecomy 6 years ago with radiotherapy and have had on and off pain around my scar. lately though when i wake up the pain seems worse and it extends down my body.i try not to lay on that side but alway’s seem to wake up on that side.i have been checked by a registrar so nothing sinister so just wondered if anyone else had experienced this and if so do you have any tips that might help.thanks x
