Hello,
i was treated this year for ER PR + breast cancer. I had a R mastectomy in March and L mastectomy in July for symmetry.
i now have a large, hard Lump above my R mastectomy scar and a large red purperal rash underneath. I went to see GP today(Sunday) who has no idea what it is, only what it isn’t, not infection or cyst. She spoke to on call oncologist who has recommended that I get seen asap at my Breast Care Centre.
Has anyone else had this? Am really worried now…

Hello Again,
it has turned out to be a large Haematoma which is odd 8 months down the line, but probably came from me doing too much lifting etc.
anyway, what a relief, I really had convinced myself that I was going to go through it all over again. thank you Ann, for your kind support.
