Bit embarassing this but, I have found four pin head sixed spots that are quite hard and not spot type spots but wondered where they have come from… They are down below and easy to notice them when I am washing. Has anyone else had this or heard of it and do you have any idea what they are?
You don’t say whether they are sore or not - if they are, I would get them checked out as it could be shingles starting.
If they are not sore, and your hair is growing back post falling out, they could be blocked follicles and should clear up if you exfolliate the skin( a rough flannel should do it but be gentle) and then apply an antiseptic. But if they persist for a couple of days or you get more, your doctor is the best person to ask.
Good luck! Hope it is something that clears up quickly for you.
I had those before I started chemo and they stopped me for a week as it was an infection in the follicles. I know. Very embarrassing indeed. I had an energency appointment with a gynae doctor and a course of anti biotics. It isn’t serious unless you are having chemo. Get it checked! I was mortally embarrassed but asked by bc nurse to have a look.
Good luck (and what more can this thing wish on us all?)
I feel like I have exposed my bits to the world… they are not sore…they are just there…no hair down below at all…ho hum…will get them to check them out…she says blushing…Who would think that a mother of two would blush!
Thank you ladies…I will stop worrying now…maybe! LOL
I have had these on and off for years… they are squeezable, and are just infected follicles, like spots. Urgh… sorry I know this is embarrassing, but in my experience they are nothing to worry about. Have you tried squeezing them?
I did give them a squeeze but nothing happened…I will ask about them on my next treatment day. Thanks everyone, always easier to post an embarrasing question when noone knows me…hee hee…
Having said that about my sore ones I had a look this morning and guess what - another two I didn’t even know were there. Eurgh! You are not alone! Think I will just ignore them as they are not making themselves a nuisance this time.
Mine turned out to be “furuncles” which I suppose is carbuncle in English. the trouble is - they tend to spread so a crop of little bumps appears and they are very difficult to get of;
Yours might be vaginal warts which are treatable;
Hope you find a solution soon.
Bon chance
