Questionable symptoms

Hi all, I found a lump in my left breast in May when the area was itching. I had a mammo and US the following week that resulted as normal. Since then, I can still feel the mass. It feels almond shaped; however, larger than an almond. I can feel it better when I raise my arm. Occasionally, the area is itchy and on several occasions has woken me up at night with pain in that breast. My left breast has always been a little larger than my right but seems more significant than previously. Several different times, I have noted it just feels funny, kinda tingly and feels “heavy”. I tried to get into my breast surgeon (I had a benign fibroadenoma removed in 2000 from the same breast) but cannot get a call back so I have been waiting on my scheduled appointment with my Gyn next week.
There is no redness, dimpling, or discharge noted. Of course, I am working myself up each day over these symptoms. Have any of you experienced these symptoms? Thank you all for any input.

Hi @alds
I think your doing the right thing even though you see no breast changes it’s always best to get checked out you know your body and if you feel something isn’t right there’s no harm being checked :crossed_fingers:it’s nothing to worry about but your doing the right thing good luck X

The mammogram missed my lump and came back normal. A few months later i found a lump under my arm so went to GP, referred for a biopsy, 4cm lump and I n 4 lymph nodes, so yes, get it checked out again. All best wishes.
