Radiotherapy plus continued Pembrolizumab

Hello, ladies :waving_hand:t2: … a question for those who are post-chemotherapy and post-surgery for TNBC :ribbon:

I was given NED just-over two weeks ago and was advised that I would have 5-10 sessions of radiotherapy then my Pembrolizumab (immunotherapy) would restart after radiotheraphy … despite me chasing oncology, radiotherapy and my BCN for dates - I have heard nothing, and no-one can seem to give me answers as in set dates for the post-treatment and also WHY immunotherapy cannot restart now!! … I feel that I have been “left out to dry” so-to-speak and I’m getting angrier and angrier as this is all I have against reoccurrence!!!

So, my questions are:

  1. How long a gap did you have from surgery to radiotherapy? I had a mammoplasty and sentinel lymph node biopsy …

  2. How long was the gap from surgery to restarting immunotherapy?

I know that every individual and every case is different, but it would be interesting to know :thinking:
