Due to start radiotherapy with a month, does anyone have any experience of non permanent tattoo markers. I’ve read about fluorescent tatoos but just asked my oncologist about it but she didnt seem to know if they can do it at my hospital. x
I’d be interested as well Flossy on replies to this topic.
Hi both I had invisible tattoos that were only visible under a UV lamp & another lady on our thread had stick on ones. In both cases no one told us this was an option, it was only offered when we refused tatts. We both had a tracing made of our chest area, on a sheet of plastic (slightly weird experience), with the invisible tatts on in case they couldn’t locate them with the lamp. Another lady said you can get tatts removed after if your place doesn’t do invisibles or temporaries. Good luck. xx
Mine are such tiny dots you don’t really take much notice.
Mine are also tiny dots
Haha definitely dotty Sue! How many sleeps for you now till you start? It has made such a difference to my anxiety levels and so much calmer now plan is started, even though I’m talking through gritted teeth a lot to comments about “nearly done”!! Xx
Time out a good idea Sue. My times are all over the place and with delays and tiredness work would have been heavy going. 7 sleeps now?! Xx
