Also I am finding it hard to make a decision whether to have permanent radiotherapy dots or tempory ones? I am due to have 5 weeks of radiotherapy on my breast site , underarm and collarbone and was wondering if anyone else has any advice or a heads up? The idea of not being able to wash any of these sites for 5 weeks if I have the temporary ones done does not appeal to me very much.

Peanut89, the dots are so tiny I struggle to find mine now, I’d say go for the permanent. I’ve got them either side of boobs and one in the centre. I’m the only one who knows theyre there x
