My treatment has changed and I’m now facing chemo and rads. …I have had bilateral mastectomy with silicone implants…presume these will now be ruined???

I have had similar surgery but now face the same was only expecting chemotherapy but will now be having radio too. Got another week until I see the oncologist so don’t know what to expect?
I start on the 24th…they have told me implant will go hard and high. …I’m OK with my implants it’s such a shamex
