Raised Creatinine blood levels on Abemaciclib & Letrozole

Hi, 
    My mum’s oncologist has referred my mum for additional tests for kidney function at the Christie. 

The oncologist was suspicious has my mum’s  creatine levels keep rising despite her being on the treatment for a few months. 

My mum is also type 2 diabetic. This was left undiagnosed for a while and a bit of her kidney was damaged. However, that was 5 years ago, 

I was just wondering if anyone has had similar experiences and could kindly share.

My mum had her CT scan in March and that was clear and she treatment is keeping her bone mets stable and healing.
