Sorry you are feeling low but don’t beat yourself up about having a few ciggie’s, if it helps you cope with treatment then so be it. (seems to be a bit of taboo subject)
I am an on/off smoker lol. I quit when diagnosed nov 13 but like you I found it difficult whilst going through treatment so had a few despite what everyone was telling me.
Since then I have been using the vape but periodically I fall off the wagon again and give in to the odd pack lol. We all know its not good for you and best to refrain from them but in my situation I will make my own choices.
