Rash/hives started up- what ro do next?

I came out with a rash and small bumps on my trunk and thighs on Sunday.

 

MacMillan nurse said to stop taking capecitabine for the time being.

 

Has anyone else experienced this and what did they do (GP for antihistamines, chemo nurse for moisturising lotion, or home remedies??)

I was quite itchy when started initially on ibranceinstan piriton on advice from pharmacist for few days or any other non drowsy antihistamine if you prefer it worked for me
