Hi, I have already received 3x FEC and my first Docetaxel. I know to expect nail changes and pains in my feet and hands but have developed a red rash on my hands. It started off like a heat rash and itchy but now has spread and feels tight with more of a burning pain. I’ve had advise just to use E45 cream or similar. Has anyone else experienced this and if so what creams did you use. Thank you
Hi Lordmaria…I had the same over 3 years ago…prescribed a big pump action tub of Doublebase Gel, which worked a treat, and was very useful for all the other general dry skin related side effects of TAX. It is very greasy so I wore white cotton gloves for a while after application. Hope that helps and your hands clear up soon…take care J x
