Hi, I have a question to ask as I’m not sure where I should look, I have worked in a engineering factory for 13years now and before breast cancer/mastectomy/chemo followed by radiotherapy+5yrs tamoxifin which is coming to an end at Christmas. I was very flexablie at work(which is all manuel) and could just about do any of the jobs but after my operation and treatment this all changed so when I returned I was given a light job to do which is going to change in Oct/Nov as the factory is moving to a new site but it also means that my job will go and as I cannot do any heavy manuel work I’m worried that I will be given another job to do which I cannot manage, can they do this? take away the only job that i can do i mean??
