So 6 weeks ago i attended my gp with a painful right breast. She discovered 2 lumps and said they were cysts. Referred me to the breast clinic which i still havent got an appointment for as it’s a 10 week wait. Anyway my daughter leaned on my breast earlier and it felt like she touched a massive lump but when i felt around i couldnt feel anything. Could this just be normal tissue? My right breast is bigger than the left and it’s lumpier

I’m going out of my mind this morning. I was lying on my stomach sleeping last night and can feel this lump. I cant stop crying and i need to wait two days before i see my gp again. I keep thinking the last gp i seen said it was a cyst but what if it’s not?! ?

So sorry you’re going through this. I’m attending the breast clinic tomorrow and feel sick all the time and very scared. I can hear how scared you are and hope you’ve got someone to talk to. I’m here if chatting to someone else who’s terrified would help. We need to keep reminding ourselves most of these things are benign and to think positive as much as possible. Take care. Thank you. How did you get on florencemay? I attended another GP this morning who examined my breast and said he can feel a cluster of cysts so i will need to try and trust him. He also said as i was really upset he’ll see if he can get a sooner appointment for me at breast clinic as my appointment is 20th December x
