Hi I was diagnosed in Sept 2012 with breast cancer and was doing well untill a bombshell last week when I was told I have cancer in my spine and liver. I am so scared of what the future holds for me, my husband and my 8 year old wee boy. Does any one have any good stories that I can cling on to for hope for the future?
