Hi. Has a recurrence Jan 2025. Given a mascectomy followed by chemo. No rads as I’d had it before. August 25, just after finishing chemo, it was picked up that I had 2 small lung nodules. Operation is next week. Today getting out of the shower, I noticed a very small round mark on my scar line. Felt it & there is a hard painless lump underneath about the size of a lentil. Seeing the breast care team on Friday. Anyone had this & it’s been nothing. Also as I have secondaries, does this mean that this reccurence is secondary too or is it classed as a primary recurrence. Does it also look or sound like a recurrence or a skin mestasis. Please enlarge to see it more. Many thanks, I’m so worried

I can’t comment on your situation or give any sage advice. But I’m glad you are having it checked out. Hopefully after your appointment Friday you will have more answers.
I would normally suggest you call the BCN helpline but they are now closed until the 5th January. MacMillan have a helpline 0808 808 0000 which is normally 7 days a week 8-8. I’m unsure if they have reduced hours over Christmas and New Year but might be worth a try.
