Researchers at the Centre for Appearance Research, at the University of the West of England in Bristol are exploring women’s experiences of their appearance after mastectomy and/or breast reconstruction, with the aim of informing the provision of care and support in the future. If you have undergone a mastectomy with or without immediate or delayed reconstruction following a diagnosis of breast cancer or DCIS (Ductal Carcinoma in Situ), or to reduce your risk of developing breast cancer in the future, the team would very much appreciate your involvement in an online survey which will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
