Research study: A novel online program for fatigue (FLEX); a feasibility study

What is the study? 

An online intervention designed to increase cognitive flexibility with the aim of reducing symptoms of fatigue. The intervention is a series of 20-minute, online sessions to be completed four times a week over the course of three weeks.
  

Who’s organising it? 

King’s College London   
 

What’s the criteria for taking part?  

  • Persons with breast cancer who are in remission (i.e. stopped active treatment) within 3 months – 2 years  
  • Experience persistent fatigue 
  • 18 years old and above 
  • Fluent in English  
  • Able to use and have access to a computer with internet connection
  • Not undergoing CBT or other psychological therapies
