Hi All

We’ve been given the following information by the University Hospital of South Manchester to share with you about a research study looking at diet and physical activity in anyone having chemotherapy for secondary breast cancer:

They are currently looking for women to join the

B-AHEAD 3 Study ( B reast - A ctivity and H ealthy E ating A fter D iagnosis 3)

The criteria for joining the study:

  • You must have been diagnosed with secondary breast cancer and have recently started or are due to start chemotherapy
  • Have a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 24 or greater
  • Receiving your treatment at one of the following hospitals: Blackburn, Burnley, Christie, Leighton, Macclesfield, North Manchester, Oldham, Royal Liverpool, Southampton, Stoke, Tameside, Wigan
