Research survey: NHS England Cancer Patient Experience Survey

What is the survey about?   

The National Cancer Patient Experience Survey is designed to monitor national progress on cancer care, drive local improvements, and assist cancer care providers, charities and health commissioners to inform their work supporting cancer patients. The 2021 survey is currently under development, and we need your feedback on the current draft to improve the survey, and make sure it accurately captures peoples’ experiences. As a thank you for your time, those selected to take part will be given a £30 Amazon or Love2shop voucher. 

Who’s organising it?     

NHS England, NHS Improvement and Picker (a not-for-profit health and social care research organization).   

What’s the criteria for taking part?  

People aged 16+ with a confirmed diagnosis of cancer who have received NHS cancer-related treatment in the last six months. 

What do I need to do?    

You will need to have a one-to-one informal chat with a researcher from Picker for about an hour, either over the phone or by video/audio conferencing software (Skype or Microsoft Teams). To express interest in taking part please call 0800 1975 273 or email take_part@PickerEurope.ac.uk
