Hi 

Im new to the forum and after a difficult time of misdiagnosis, am dealing with locally advanced breast cancer. I had surgery in July 2019  and was told everything was clear before a another tumour was found on the radiotherapy planning scan in my intramammory nodes.

Im devastated .

Just started the above drugs combination and will progress to radiotherapy.

Would be helpful to hear from anyone else taking these drugs. I know these are very new and I’ve been told a very positive alternative to chemotherapy.

Hi, sorry to hear your story. You are on a kinder sister drug to the one I’m on, Palbociclib . Great success stories with this family of drugs, and although extremely expensive, NICE have allowed their general usage because of this. I’ve got my fingers and toes crossed that they work for you, too. ??
