Anyone here had ribociclib affect their heart rhythm?
On it for high recurrence risk early BC. Was on 400mg for 3 cycles but ended up with skin toxicity so my oncologist gave me a 2 week break and restarted at 200mg.
I’m half way through my 2nd cycle of 200mg and have had some funky heart palpitations the last few days, which my unit wanted me to get checked out.
They called today and all I know is my ECG was abnormal (but not told any more than that) and that the oncologist wants me to stop the tablets. My bloods are all fine.
Apparently I will be sent another in clinic appointment with him for hopefully next week so I guess more will be discussed then…
Anyone else had experiences like this?
