Ribociclib side effects

Hoping for some collective wisdom from this group this group that you are happy to willing to share Think my oncologist is going to start me on ribociclib. So far I have been fortunate with drug side effects. Wondering if any one has any lived wisdom of minimising side effects from ribociclib? Time of day you take it? Full tummy v empty tummy? Water v wine … only kidding but would like any wisdom you are willing to share

I’m on ribociclib for SBC and have been taking it for just over 2.5 years. I didn’t read the patient leaflwt so took it when I fancied but after being unwell for a few months my oncologist told me to take it in the morning after I have my breakfast. Upshot was no more nausea

I do still suffer with random toilet issues but apart from that itvis very doable and I am usually the queen of side effects
