Hoping for some collective wisdom from this group this group that you are happy to willing to share Think my oncologist is going to start me on ribociclib. So far I have been fortunate with drug side effects. Wondering if any one has any lived wisdom of minimising side effects from ribociclib? Time of day you take it? Full tummy v empty tummy? Water v wine … only kidding but would like any wisdom you are willing to share

I’m on ribociclib for SBC and have been taking it for just over 2.5 years. I didn’t read the patient leaflwt so took it when I fancied but after being unwell for a few months my oncologist told me to take it in the morning after I have my breakfast. Upshot was no more nausea ![]()
I do still suffer with random toilet issues but apart from that itvis very doable and I am usually the queen of side effects
