Right Nipple red and sore and breast tender

Hi all - im new to this. I have a couple of good friends going through the awful process of Breast Cancer so at the moment i am extra vigilant.  For a couple of days now my right nipple and breast is very tender, the nipple more so and the nipple is very red compared to the other one. The whole breast is tender but have no pain under the arms or any lumps. 

 

I would appreciate any replies.

Hi Stacey,

We would always recommend that you contact your GP if you have any concerns about changes in your breasts.
