I’ve just received my diagnosis, and have been told to expect surgery, chemo, etc…
I’d like to talk to someone about how I can go about putting a plan together for trying to build my fitness or retain it whilst on the treatment path, and how to keep my expectations realistic.
I swim outdoors mainly for mental health reasons, and run an allotment amongst other things. These 2 are a massive part of my current life.
Sports and fitness play a massive part in helping me manage my mental health and I am dreading the treatment path as it may take away some of the cornerstones that help keep me balanced, at least short term. I’d like to build a plan rather than be told you can’t do it. Please help
