I created a routine to help my rebuild and energize mind, body, and soul after my cancer treatments because after going through chemo, surgery, and radiation therapy, getting out of bed was so hard, I had so much pain, it seemed to be getting worst day by day, and I was an emotional mess crying often. Background on my situation: My treatments consisted of chemo, surgery, another surgery, chemo again, radiation therapy. I finished my radiation treatments in February of 2020. About 2 months after I was done and supposed to be getting better, I started getting worst daily. More body pain, more brain fog, more emotionally unstable. There came a point where I felt I was emotionally, mentally, and physically ‘broken’. Wanting so desperately to get back to some sort of ‘normalcy’, I started researching what to do. With this information and with trial and error, I created a routine that has (and continues to) help me tremendously for the last 8 months. I thought that this might be helpful for others and want to share the information I have gathered.
