Hey everyone,

I would just like to know at what point people have been offered/will be offered their MRI’s during chemo to see what effects chemo has had please?

Asking ahead of an appointment.

Hi Twinmama,
I was offered an ultrasound after cycle 3 of my first 4 cycles of Abraxane.I now move on to 4 cycles of EC and will have an ultrasound after cycle 2.I think it is individual, so maybe different dependent on your chemo plan xx

Hello,
I had an MRI before I switched from EC to Carboplatin and Paclitaxel and then im off to have an MRI in a minute for my end of treatment!x

Hello,

I had an ultrasound halfway through my chemo and then I had an MRI at the end of my chemo before I had my surgery (I had chemo before surgery). Hope that helps :grinning:

I was never offered any but had lumpectomy before chemotherapy
