Scared about advanced breast cancer

Hello, I am 52 years old and from the age of 40 I had yearly mammograms and ultrasounds. Two years ago when I went for my routine mammogram the gynecologist said that I will have an ultrasound every year but mammogram every two years, because is not good to radiate the breast every year, so I followed his instructions.  About 7 years ago I had a cyst in my right breast that shows every year and always remained the same size 0.7 mm so they never did anything about it. So I was classified as Birads 2.  Recently I had my mammogram and ultrasound. When the radiographer was doing the ultrasound I pointed where my cyst is and he said okay,I found it, nothing to worry about is very small, I already knew because every year they find it via ultrasound and is always the same size. When I went recently for my mammogram the results said recently seen probably bening solid nodul 0.8 mm (in the same area as the other one that I had 6 years ago) with discreet microcalcificacions in the same region of the nodul. MRI suggested Birads 4. Of course, I got super scared and went to talk to the radiographer. She said it wasn’t the cyst, it was a new one and she just wanted to make sure. I asked that maybe I should have had the mammogram a yearly, not after two years, so it could have been court earlier. She said no, it doesn’t make any difference. And where is the 0’7mm cyst gone. Can they just disappeared. Now I am worried that this nodul could have been court earlier, and that maybe now it’s too late. I am scared. Coul someone advice? Many thanks x
