Any ladies have had similar side effects when starting letrazole Been on tamoxifen for 7 years and changed to letrazole but have had painful sciatica for a week now really painful to walk xx

Sorry to read you’re struggling. I had sciatica after surgery (single mastectomy) and starting anastrozole last year. I went to see an osteopath who said my pelvis was out of lone and after treatment I carried on with yoga and the sciatica was resolved. I’m not sure my symptoms were drug related though.
