Second time of having breast cancer

Hi 

I had breast cancer 11 years ago in my lft breast. I had reconstruction an LD flap with an implant, I also had a small implant in my right breast. The small implant felt hard and was making my breast ache or so I thought, I have a large cancerous mass. The left implant is leaking and needs replacing and right breast needs a mastectomy. I am in such a dilemma as what to do for the best, just don’t think I can go through reconstruction again
