Hi there. I have grade 3 HER2 positive BC and am just about to finish chemo. My consultant has talked through a couple of surgery options for the removal of the lymphs - either to test the sentinel node and decide what to do or to have a full lymph clearance. My lymphs did come back positive during the initial biopsy pre chemo. Has anyone else come acrosss these options or found anywhere to read through the pros and cons (all the studies I have found are for earlier grades/stages)?
