Shampoo to help hair grow back when chemo has finished

Hello Everybody

My sister has bought me some shampoo from ebay called FAST, which helps grow your hair. She tried it on her own hair and saw a considerable differnence. It contains natural ingredients. I will not use it until after my chemo has finished and I will check with my onc aswell. But I thought it was worth mentioning to all you ladies and gentlemen.

Lots of love
Emma

Hi all

IA herbalist recommended Rosemary shampoo and conditioner. As I was still on chemo at the time, I asked when I could start using. She said to use a small amount on scalp, even though i was as bald as coot. I have used it ever since. Regrowth started in Jan and have had it cut 3 times since. Worked for me, maybe worth a try

.

Also you might want to consider using vitamin e oil on the scalp before it grows back as it helps it later if the follicles etc arentt all dry so I’ve been told. I’m 1 week post FEC4 and have had baby hair growing back after 2 weeks since round 2 but it does still fall (not using the cold cap myself), it also makes your head nice and soft and smells nice too.

I’ve been given SOS shampoo and conditioner as a gift from mum after she was told several of her homeopaths patients found good strong hair growth with it, it smells nice too, no parabens and that rubbish and does have Rosemary I tihnk judging by the smell (too lazy to go check sorry).

Good luck with the locks ladies.

After i read this thread i went on to the website looking at ‘Fast’ now i am not sure how i found this product on there but i ordered it and its just arrived this morning
It is called ‘Nanoguard’ - root defence shampoo system.Have to wash in it 3 to 4 times a week and leave it on for 3 mins. So just nipping upstairs to wash my hair. I have tried most other things, Rosemary oil being the first and did nothing but had good results from Brewers yeast but its still not enough to go scarfless. I guess if something works well on my hair then by rights it should work fantastic on others!

I have just looked up Vivagen shampoo and it is by Redken
